Compressed Air for Site Maintenance
You experience every breakdown. You wait for parts. You call the breakdown line. You need engineers who know what they are doing and parts that arrive when promised.
What Site Maintenance Teams Put Up With
Contractors who do not know the machine
A different engineer every time. Nobody who remembers what was done last visit or knows the history of your machine. You end up explaining the problem to someone who should already know.
Parts that take too long to arrive
Waiting three days for a filter or separator while your compressor sits idle. Your production does not stop because a parts order is processing.
Service visits that do not actually fix things
Tick box visits where the engineer changes the filters and leaves without checking what actually matters. Faults reappear because the root cause was never investigated.
What You Get from Working with Airmech
Engineers who know your machine
Same engineer wherever possible. They know your machine's history, its quirks, and what was done last time. No explaining the same problem twice.
Parts that arrive when you need them
We stock genuine CompAir and Hydrovane parts. For other brands, we source equivalent quality parts with clear lead times. No guessing, no waiting without information.
Service visits that actually prevent breakdowns
Every visit includes a full operational test, not just consumable changes. We check temperatures, pressures, vibration, condensate, and pipework condition. Issues are caught before they become breakdowns.
Fast response when something does break
Contract customers jump the queue. Sub 24 hour response as standard. We arrive with diagnostic ability and common parts on the van.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will we get the same engineer each time?
We aim for engineer continuity wherever possible. Your regular engineer knows your machines, your site, and your preferences. When cover is needed, full service history and machine notes are shared so nothing is missed.
Do your engineers carry parts on the van?
Yes. Our engineers carry common parts, filters, and consumables on the van. For less common parts, we provide clear lead times and expedite where possible. No waiting without information.
What does a proper service visit include?
Beyond standard consumable changes: operational test under load, temperature and pressure checks, vibration assessment, condensate system check, pipework visual inspection, and a written report with any recommendations. If we find something, we tell you.
Can you detect problems before they cause breakdowns?
Yes. Our planned maintenance checks are designed to catch deterioration before it becomes a failure. Temperature trends, pressure changes, vibration increase, and oil condition all tell us when a component is declining.
Competent Engineers. Genuine Parts. No Nonsense.
Tell us what machines you have. We will recommend the right service plan and give you a fixed price.
